Workshop on – Time Management

With this beautiful and motivational thought in mind, an effective and productive Workshop on “Time Management” was conducted at HIS by the Academic Director of the school, Mr. H. S. KHALSA on 15th November, 2022 for the teachers.
The workshop started with an interactive group activity in which the group leaders introduced their members in order to display their group’s strengths. The main key point was “Managing the time with goal”. What are the SMART GOALS and what are the 4 P’s to achieve that smart goals were illustrated by an efficacious and beneficial group activity. The PARETO’S principle (the 80/20 rule) and the four quadrants of Time Management Matrix (the Urgent important Matrix) were the most crucial points which were explained by many instances. These are the indispensable things which help not only teachers but also each and every person to decide on and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance, sorting out less urgent and important tasks which one can either delegates or not do at all to get success in life. The workshop was ended with a beautiful and motivational story. It was an awesome workshop for everyone to overcome from the busy schedule because time management helps to clear one’s schedule for more leisure time and feel more energized.
